Physical security – staff are housed in an office building that is protected by motion sensors, security doors and a remote entrance system. Armed response units are alerted automatically if there is an unauthorised intruder. Public access to our offices is strictly forbidden.
Antivirus software – We utilise Messagelabs Email Antivirus, Anti Spam and Content control and all stations have Norton antivirus and are firewall protected.
Secure data transmission – 128 bit encrypted web portal.
Email and internet policy – restrictions regarding the use of the internet and email.
Server security and firewall – our servers are hosted in a fully managed secure environment with a Cisco ASA firewall.
Client information policy – sets out the manner in which client information is stored, backed up and destroyed.
